In each of its areas of operations in the DRC, Mamba Security relies on its operations centers (CO).
The CO is the nerve center of Mamba Security’s monitoring device. Shift supervisors and operators are trained to receive and record all alerts, determine the most appropriate responses and coordinate interventions.
In addition to these services, our operators provide a remote monitoring and call center service:
- Receive distress alerts.
- Reception of intrusion alerts.
- Access controls.
- Fire monitoring.
- GPS tracking.
- CCTV.
